• Go to Zinzino's home page.
• Click on Sign in and "Forgot your password?".
• Type your customer ID and click Send.
• We will send you an email with a link, the link will be valid in the next 30 minutes.
• Click the link and set your new password. (After clicking the link and started the password modification process, the link will expiry within 10 minutes.)

• Sign into your personal page at Zinzino.com.
• Click on User information > Change Password.
• Follow the instructions to change your password.
• Click on Update to save.
